A Pig in Parker

Madeline and I had the opportunity to spend the afternoon together.  Just us.  We decided to do our favorite thing.  Shopping!  I’m not talking Target either.  Though that is one of our favorite stores.  We decided to visit this little boutique in Parker that we had heard so much about.

We walked in and fell in love with the store.  Cute clothes, adorable shoes, and eclectic jewelry.  Lots of great finds!

I was browsing a rack of discounted shirts and tank tops when I saw something out of the corner of my eye.  It looked like a grey and black puppy.  It’s not uncommon for Parker storeowners to bring their well-behaved pets to work, so I kept on shopping.  A few minutes later I felt something on my toes.  Not really a puppy lick either.  It was more like a snort and a puff.  I looked down and realized the puppy wasn’t a puppy.

It was a pig.  That’s right.  A pet pig in Parker.  At an upscale boutique.

Huh, so did not see that coming.
